When you allow people to be anonymous, they tend to behave in a less civil manner. The reason why they use real names is so that people know how to address each other, and to cut down on trolling. You can always get your support from this subreddit. If you actually pay for Resolve, you can contact BMD directly for support - you aren't limited to the forums. Those that do, simply do the mature thing and don't bother signing up to post. Those people typically don't have much of an issue giving their real name.
